Namun, kekurangan ini boleh diatasi dengan install patch yang boleh dimuat-turun secara percuma. Patch terbaik untuk PES 2016 (PC) setakat ini ialah dari PTE Team yang juga mengeluarkan patch terbaru untuk siri game Pro Evolution Soccer sebelum ini.
